Here are the first 2 stars for my latest quilt top. I am thinking it might be all different stars,but haven't decided yet. There will be 20 , 12 1/2 in. squares plus sashing. So this is one that I am not cutting out ahead, but going from square to square.

Lord let me live to quilt another day.I've not the time to go outside and play. My stash has taken over my whole room. I've swept the U.F.O.s aside with broom. I found a square today I did not know, I must have made it very long ago. I'll place it in a basket over here, until the rest of cutting board is clear. and then I'll settle down and cut awhile, for something in my "must make" quilting file. And soon I'll finish quilting one last row, and have the stitches running to and fro. But first, I'll settle down with all my stash and pick out pretty pieces that won't clash. I know that it will surely take awhile to find the 'just right' pieces in this pile. And so there's just one thing that's left to say. LORD LET ME LIVE TO QUILT ANOTHER DAY!
