Starting a New Quilt!

 

 

Today I'm starting a new quilt, and thought it would be fun to keep a journal from the very start! These are a few of my books. I will start with these and see what I can find that strikes a nerve in me. Once I have setrtled on a pattern, which can take awhile, I will then start deciding on the material I want in it! I have never made the pattern twice, but that doesn't mean I won't this time! I already know that I want it to have open spaces for pretty quilting. This is a quilt that I will keep for myself! the first thing I have to do is ignore that voice in my head saying, "you already are working on 2 quilts". Here is step #1
